Price reduction
Many of the models listed above can also be unlocked manually using hardware equipment in our office, models which can be unlocked using this method are generally much cheaper, this is due to the fact that the procedure we use is less time consuming and less expensive than supplying the actual unlock code. For example, we currently charge just EUR10.00 to unlock the Sharp GX10i. To confirm if your handset can be unlocked manually simply contact us, we generally answer all emails within 1 hour, if during our office opening hours

Payments
The cost per unlock code is EUR44.99, payment can be made online using Paypal through your paypal account or using a credit/debit card. Otherwise you can make payment using a different method as listed here. If you don't want to purchase the unlock code online you can come to our head office in person, our full contact details including a map of our location can be viewed here. Terms & Conditions

This service ONLY applies to phones which are sim locked to the Vodafone UK network.

Codes are subject to availability

If a code is not in the database a FULL and complete refund will be issued within 24 hours

Please allow up to 72 hours to receive your unlock code by email.

The email will contain full instructions on how to enter unlock code

If you are still unsure of how to enter the code, simply Contact us by phone during our Office opening hours and we can guide your through the process of entering the code.

When sending us the details of your phone please ensure they are correct, the IMEI / serial number can be displayed on your phone by typing *#06# into the phone, it can also be found on the sticker underneath the battery on the back of your phone - it generally is 15 digits long and starts with 35. The model of your phone can be found here also.

Resellers
Gsm Solutions offer you the chance to resell our Vodafone UK unlock codes. Minimun purchase for resellers is 10 codes. Codes do not expire. Once payment is recieved you'll recieve an email with your account details, resellers can access thier account anytime to request a code.
