What is unlocking?
When you purchase a phone from any
network, the phone will only accept
SIM cards from that network. For
example, if you have a Vodafone
mobile, it will only accept a Vodafone
SIM card, so when you insert a SIM
card into your phone from a different
network the phone will display “SIM
Not Accepted” or “Enter
Restriction Code” etc. Once
your phone is unlocked, however,
it is SIM free, and will accept
any SIM card from any network.

can unlock the phone yourself. This is a very convenient way to unlock your phone, no need to bring or send the phone away.

and we can usually unlock it within
minutes.
Please note, however, that some
phones may take longer.
- Send your phone to us
We now accept phones sent to us by registered post or by courier. When recieved in our office, we will unlock it and return
it by special registered post

Security Codes / Lock codes / handsets codes / user codes
We specialise in resetting / removing security codes on any handset, We now have the ability to supply you with a master code over the phone or by email which will reset the security code on your phone, this particular method currently only works for Nokia handsets, all other makes must be brought or sent to our office were we can reset the security code manually.

Althought phone unlocking fees vary for different models, the most popular phones have an unlocking fee of around €15-€30, however
