Repairs usually involve electronic-component-level work if possible; this method reduces the need to replace expensive full parts and consequently reduces prices.

How do i have my Laptop or PC repaired?
To have you laptop or PC repaired simply bring the unit to our workshop and our engineers will examine your system to determine its current faults. If required, depending on the fault and our workload on that particular day, we can usually complete repairs the same day. Otherwise all repairs generally have a 1-3 day turnaround time.

When you bring your system to us for repair a €35.00 non-refundable deposit is required, this covers the cost of our engineer to do a diagnosis of the system and ascertain the best course of action to get your system functioning 100%. Once this is completed, which generally take up to 24 hours, one of our staff members will contact you with details and a quote for the repair. For example; if the repair quote is €100.00 and you wish to proceed with the repair, when completed you only need to pay the balance of €65.00 as the initial deposit is deducted from the final price. This ensures you are getting a good value service.

When bringing your laptop or PC to us for repair please ensure the power lead is also included. In particular when you take a 'PC' to us for repair be aware we DO NOT require the monitor.
