Payments
The cost per unlock code is EUR14.99, payment can be made online using Paypal through your paypal account or using a credit/debit card. Otherwise you can make payment using a different method as listed here. If you don't want to purchase the unlock code online you can come to our head office in person, our full contact details including a map of our location can be viewed here. We also accept phones sent by registered/recorded post or courier, for more details on how to send your handset to us please see here.

Terms & Conditions
Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your unlock code, however, if during office hours you can expect to have your unlock code within 1 hour.
Codes are subject to availability
If a code is not in the database a FULL and complete refund will be issued within 24 hours
If you are still unsure of how to enter the code, simply Contact us during our Office opening hours and we can guide your through the process of entering the code.
When sending us the details of your phone please ensure they are correct, the IMEI / serial number can be displayed on your phone by typing *#06# into the phone, it can also be found on the sticker underneath the battery on the back of your phone - it generally is 15 digits long and starts with 35. The model of your phone can be found here too.

Gsm Solutions offer you the chance to resell our unlock codes. Minimun purchase for resellers is 10 codes. Codes do not expire. Once payment is recieved you'll recieve an email with your account details, resellers can access thier account anytime to request a code.
